Rogan Josh

Jalfrezi
Cooked with fresh onions, tomatoes, capsicum and herbs & spices creating a medium sauce.
Bhuna
A medium dry dish, this is a spicy sauce blended with freshly cooked onions, tomatoes and fresh coriander.
Dopiaza
This finely spiced medium dish derives its name from the use of a lot of spiced onions, briskly fried onions and other fresh spices which are added to bring out a distinguished flavour.
Madras
A popular hot curry in Southern India. This is prepared from a greater proportion of hot spices.
Special Biryiani
This is a traditional North Indian dish, but known all over India and Persia. Your chosen main ingredient is cooked with basmati rice and selected spices and is served with a medium vegetable curry sauce.
Balti
The name Balti derives from the pan (which is similar to a wok), that has been used for many centuries to prepare this traditional style cooking. Cooked in a thick blend of spicy succulent sauces and flared in the balti, this dish is recommended to all curry connoisseurs.
