The Alma is roughly 150 years old and visitors are treated to real open fires, stone-flagged floors, exposed oak beams and a traditional Yorkshire warm welcome. High quality cuisine at The Alma is top priority. Food is served all day from 12 noon until closing time, and is split between informal bar meals served in our large lounge bar or in our Italian Restaurant. The restaurant boasts the only wood-burning pizza oven in the region.
